Honestly, I've never saw someone win a poker tournament without putting a bad beat on someone at the final table. The sort of bad beats I'm talking about are getting all in preflop with AQ and beating AK. Or cracking pocket Aces with Jacks.
I've watched hundreds of hours of people livestreaming poker on Twitch. Also, I've won hundreds of poker tournaments in my life. Let me tell you its always the same thing. Putting a bad beat on someone is how you win.
This is a fundamental truth and what makes tournament poker so difficult. I can't teach you how to bad beat someone to victory, but I will offer some hope. Constantly making winning plays will make you money. Keep making the right plays even when it seems hopeless because we all go on those types of stretches. Keep your head up and keep grinding winning plays. Eventually, you'll make the correct shove of AQ and run into AK and crack it. Which will lead to your next big upswing.
